Buying Virtual Town Deeds
Order a Deed
Option 1: The location you want is not already listed.
Simply enter the location below that you want to buy now and click the pay button.
New deeds only cost £10 and are yours for 5 years
Option2: The location you want is already listed.
Click on the existing Town deed that you want to buy. If it is for sale there will be a 'Buy Now' button on the deed itself. The price of the deed will be set by the owner - so be prepared to pay more.

Once your payment is received we check that the location actually exists in the County you have selected, then create your deed and send you your log-in details within a few hours.
Virtual deeds are sold on a 'first come - first served' basis. If someone has registered a deed before you we will simply refund your payment.
Once your virtual deed is online we offer no refunds.
